Description

If you’re a PhD student or an Early Career Researcher, working out how to navigate career plans can feel very daunting. It’s always ok not to know – but it doesn’t have to be that way!

Join us for this informal seminar to ask your questions and find out more about how a range of people have found their way from PhD days to now. The panel will offer some short thoughts to start with but the main purpose of the session is to allow you to ask your questions. It’s designed to be supportive and honest, so please come along!

The panel offering advice aims to include people inside and outside Higher Education, museums and archives – though of course, a great many career paths are available beyond these sectors!

Please note, whilst this session is designed specifically to help PhD students and Early Career Researchers, all are welcome to attend – particularly if you can also help to offer advice!

All welcome- this seminar is free to attend, but advance booking is required.
